Account Help

  • Send us an e-mail from your registered address and include your member name, real name, password and the keywords "change account" AFTER the ticket number in the subject heading. (Note: we cannot delete an account if the information you provide does not match the information in our database.)

  • My website was deleted!

  • Send us an e-mail with your name, account name, and the overall theme/content of your website.

  • I want to delete my account

  • Send us an e-mail from your registered address and include your member name, real name, password and the keywords "delete account" AFTER the ticket number in the subject heading. (Note: we cannot delete an account if the information you provide does not match the information in our database.)

  • My page has been hacked!

  • Please send us all the information regarding your account - your account name, password and the e-mail address registered to the account.
    Actual hacked pages are exceedingly rare on Xoom, and are typically due to a couple of common factors:
    • the most common is sharing your password with someone
    • the next most common is a poor choice of password
    (NEVER use your account name as your password!)
    If it's likely that your page fell victim due to one of these reasons and if you still have access to the account, we recommend changing your password to something new (and more complex) immediately.
    To change your password, please visit the Member Profile editor
    Use your FTP client to remove any offensive material and restore your site from your backup copy (remember, Xoom members are responsible for backing up their OWN data).
